Dive into mixed media to craft vibrant townscapes and playful figures, using paints, collage, and pastels.
Townscapes have always fascinated me and it has also been the subject that I have been painting for the longest. Over the years, as I have changed, so have my towns… and looking at them feels a bit like reading in a private journal.
Even though the class is called happy town, we will not miss the opportunity to add some fun people as well!
I am excited to share my process with you since I love the freedom mixed media offers me. Painting, printing, adding collage, working with a palette knife and using oil pastel, it is so much fun!
