I love many ways of creating art but my absolute favourite is working intuitively: No plan, just start painting and see what it is that wants to come to the surface. This might seem a little intimidating, but have no fear. I will show you a structured way to help you through it.
If you still feel a little bit nervous, put on some music that relaxes you. This will keep you out of your head and in the moment.
I will show you a method for creating intense and layered art from the heart. Feel free to copy me to get used to the motions. And if you do, I hope you will create a second piece where you follow your intuition. It’s so incredibly liberating and interesting to see what comes to the surface.
This supply list is just a result of what I had on hand. Try to use as much of what you have in your studio. Unless you are excited to try something new!
