When I was a little girl, I loved to write and when I discovered “journaling,” I really wanted to be hooked. Only problem was I had a nosey brother and I was really concerned that someone might read what I was writing in my journals.

Fast forward 20 years and I was introduced to art journaling and the romance was rekindled. In this lesson I am going to invite you into a very sacred space….the space between me and my art journal as I process the topic of “Rest.”
